For same day shipment, orders must be received by 1:00 p.m. EST. Additional freight charges apply for shipping methods other than Ground and will be charged at their respective rates.
If for some reason any item on your order is temporarily out of stock, we will back order that item for you and ship the available merchandise you’ve ordered immediately. Please save your packing slip as a receipt. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
All in stock orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt. Out-of-stock items will usually ship within 2 to 4 weeks. Standard delivery method is Ground unless otherwise specified on the order. Other freight services including overnight, second-day, and third-day are available upon request at their respective rates. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for standard delivery.
Standard Shipping Charges

Orders up to $ 100.00 add $6.95
$101.00 to $ 200.00 add $ 8.75
Free ground shipping on orders over $200.00 within the United States.
$4.95 handling fee on all orders.
Overnight or rush charges available for an additional charge.
International orders are subject to a $15.00 U.S. dollar document preparation fee in addition to actual freight charges which are determined by weight and method of shipment. All orders are shipped via air freight unless otherwise specified. In addition to actual freight charges, international orders can be subject to duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient. All requests for international shipments should include the recipient’s phone and fax number, country and city codes. International orders will be held until the order can be shipped complete unless otherwise specified.
We accept defective or damaged merchandise for return. The Stone Pony Customer Service Team will issue Return Merchandise Authorization numbers (RMA #’s) for returns. If the defective merchandise cannot be replaced, we will promptly credit your account. If the merchandise is damaged in shipment, please notify the carrier and be sure to get a signed delivery receipt from your local carrier. We will charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns that are not defective or damaged. Returns must be sent via Ground and must have the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of package. Returns must be made within 30 days. Credits may take up to 6 weeks to process without RMA #. To obtain an RMA number please use the Contact Us link and give your name, address, item, order number, date of order, and your email address with a description of your problem.
